Our tours can all be personalised to suit your needs. They can vary in length from 2-3 hours to an entire day.
We would like to remind you that on our visits we enter religious buildings, so please dress appropriately. Please don’t wear shorts or have bare shoulders!
If you can, avoid bringing backpacks or large bags as they are not permitted in museums and will have to be left in the cloakroom.
Let us know if you have any particular requirements, if someone in your party has difficulty walking or if anyone has any allergies or intolerances, and we will try to accommodate your needs.
We would like to inform you that as Venice has very particular problems (such as ‘acqua alta’ when the city floods), tours can undergo variations to allow you to visit it in complete safety.

No cancellation fees up to 5 days prior to the booking.
50% cancellation fees from 5 to 2 days prior.
100% cancellation fee if the tour is cancelled the day before or on the same day it was scheduled.

You can reach Venice from the airport by taking a private water taxi or using the Alilaguna public transport service (www.alilaguna.it).
Public transport options include tickets for one or two days, which can be very economical.

The guided tour is confirmed on receipt of our voucher with an outline of what has been agreed.
Parents are responsible for the behaviour of minors during the tour.
We are freelancers, not tour operators, and therefore are responsible for the success of the tour, but not for any accidents that might happen during it. For your own peace of mind, you can stipulate an association that covers your trip.
