I was born and raised in Venice. I approached tourism during university, a way to practice foreign languages and meet people from all over the world.

I obtained the qualification as a tour guide in Venice in 2003, sharing my passion and efforts with Silvia. For over 30 years I have been sharing my city with people who want to really know, deeply love and respect this unique jewel in the world. Discovering the history, culture, traditions of this millenary city will catapult you into a magical world full of legends.

I was born in Venice to Venetian parents. I graduated from Ca’ Foscari University. I started out as a teacher, then worked as a translator and tour leader before finally gaining my licence as a Venice tour guide in 2003.

I truly believe that it was the best thing in my life because working surrounded by beauty and meeting people from all over the world enriches a person as well as being great fun. I don’t think that it is possible to penetrate deep into the soul of a place like our city, which is so different from any other, in the short time that our busy lives permit, but I do believe that it is possible to learn a lot.

My aim is to show you as much as possible while following the rhythm of this very different city, which is at once ancient but also paradoxically so avant-garde.
